Ingredients
- 1/4 cup linseeds/flax seeds
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup spelt flour (or gluten-free flour)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tsp salt
Directions
Preheat the oven to 150C. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. The mixture will be sloppy at first but it thickens within a few minutes. Line two baking trays with baking paper and tear a third sheet of baking paper to use later. Place half the mixture on each tray. Use the third sheet of baking paper to squash down the mixture (with your hands first) and then roll it out until really thin to almost cover the baking tray. Repeat with the second tray. Remove the top layer of paper. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Break into pieces when cool.
