Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt (or less)
  • 3/4 tsp mustard
  • 2 tbls mayonnaise
  • dash of onion powder
  • dash of ground black pepper
  • 2-3 drops Worcester sauce
  • dash of paprika
  • dash of fresh parsley

Directions

Peel hard boiled eggs and carefully cut in half (along the length, not in the middle otherwise they won’t sit up on a platter). Scoop out egg yolks without breaking whites. Mash egg yolks and mix thoroughly with other ingredients. Spoon mixture back into egg white halves. Cool in fridge. Serve cold.
